Yes. The majority of our engagements are post-deployment supportWe help expand use cases, improve performance, resolve operational issues, and either support or take over day-to-day management. 

It depends on the model. Rapid Deployment is short-term (3-4 week) engagement focused on initial operationalization. Professional Services are individual and project-based. Managed Services and Support Partnerships are ongoing. Every engagement starts with understanding your environment, business objectives, and constraints. 

Yes. We can provide Tanium licensing as part of Assist and Co-Manage models. This allows you to consolidate licensing, implementation, and operations under a single partner.
