We have roles open for customer-focused technical consultants and for system administrators. Ideal candidates have some level of experience with Tanium — we have positions open for both seasoned experts and for talent that’s developing and ready to grow into tomorrow’s experts.

Technical Skills & Technology Mastery
And you’ll put these skills to use on a daily basis.
If you’re working in a technical role, via Zoom, MS Teams or other remote collaboration tools, you’ll be discussing problems with clients, helping develop solutions, troubleshooting issues, and putting hands on keyboard to implement software and solve problems.
You’ll even write documentation.

Because Tanium manages endpoints that span Windows, Linux, Mac and UNIX operating environments, for our technical roles, some level of familiarity with these is ideal, as is a general understanding of endpoint operations and security management — helping our customers with these issues is as the core of what we do. For technical roles, the ideal candidate brings:

Experience installing and configuring Windows, MacOS, various Linux flavors, SunOS, or AIX.
MCP MCSA MCSE MCTS MCITP certifications are ideal

Enterprise security or operations experience

Knowledge and experience troubleshooting technology
-
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, Active Directory.
Knowledge of corporate firewall administration, port forwarding, etc. -
Working knowledge of virtualization.
